The drone was left in the water for some time. All visible resistors and capacitors were replaced, and the rotted copper traces were repaired. The drone itself started. The camera displayed an image for literally one second and then froze. A notification immediately popped up about the camera overheating and an automatic shutdown, supposedly for cooling. I compared the two boards using a thermal imager; they looked identical, heating up in the same spots, but one worked, while the other shut down. Here's what I've already checked: connected a different camera, connected a different camera cable, connected a different ESC board, connected different motors and obstacle avoidance sensors, warmed the board up completely, and washed it in an ultrasonic cleaner. None of this helped.
